Cosmic Forge – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cosmic Forge website, products, and services. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

 

Cosmic Forge provides 3D printing, CAD design, 3D scanning, and related products. Custom‑made items are produced based on customer‑submitted files, specifications, or requests.

2. Ordering and Payment

​

  • Payment is required upfront for all services and products unless otherwise agreed.

  • All prices are listed in AUD.

  • Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers such as Stripe.

3. Custom Work and File Submissions

 

By submitting files or CAD requests, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the submitted content or have permission to use it.

  • The content does not infringe on intellectual property rights.

  • Files provided are safe, legal, and do not contain harmful materials.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any print job at our discretion.

4. Production Time

 

Lead times vary depending on complexity, queue, and material availability. Estimated timeframes will be communicated but are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

​

  • We ship Australia‑wide using trusted carriers.

  • Delivery times depend on location and carrier performance.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item is handed to the carrier.

6. Refunds and Returns

​

  • Custom orders (including 3D prints and CAD work) are generally non‑refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • If an item is defective or not as described, contact us for a resolution.

7. Intellectual Property

​

  • All CAD files created by Cosmic Forge remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

  • Customers retain rights to their original submitted files.

8. Website Use

 

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its security, or engage in illegal or harmful activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by South Australian law, Cosmic Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
